We know the importance of HR polling their employees on benefits and engagement...so we solved the problem of clients sending out multiple surveys each year to their employees and reduce employee's frustration to complete and submit back to HRA.
Our v4.1 update will provide clients with greater flexibility in program design for the questionnaire inquiries and the results required for biometrics complete.
This update also revises tobacco use, alcohol consumption, and blood pressure checkup questions, along with assessments for current guidelines compliance. Also, introduces new questions related to work-life balance and interaction with a health coach.

The definition of biometrics complete, used to determine if the HRA can be locked, may now be configured for each program. Also, the option to include self-reported values when determining completion status is provided.
